Mr. Lee has held numerous
executive positions in both operations and sales during his 30+ years with
Fluor. Recent assignments include enterprise wide responsibility for Fluor’s
Corporate Project Change Management Initiative, created Fluor’s Corporate
Claims Management Group which is chartered to avoid and resolve major
disputes, Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Fluor’s Global
Sourcing and Supply Company responsible for centralizing and leveraging
global procurement activities, including implementation of e-procurement
strategies. Mr. Lee was the architect of Fluor’s procurement strategy and
rollout activities resulting in the formation of their capital goods trading
company.
He has played major roles in deal structuring, positioning and securing
project non-recourse financing for domestic and international projects, led
Fluor’s world-wide corporate initiative and business operations for
integrated natural gas and gas-to-liquids projects, is a past member of
Fluor’s Management Development Board, former President and Managing Director
of Fluor Arabia, executive sponsor for various multi-billion dollar proposal
efforts, Senior Director and Business Unit Manager responsible for the
worldwide marketing and execution of lump-sum turnkey combined cycle
projects including the company's first international power project.
He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Irvine campus of the
University of California. He is currently a member of the National
Development Board and Board of Directors for the University Educational
Trust at California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
